Ventura County Behavioral Health: Heroin use up in the county
There is a deadly threat to our children: Heroin!
One of my daughter's best friends succumbed to a heroin overdose on March 30, 2011, 3 weeks after her 21st birthday.
Too close to home if you ask me...
